Here you can read the experience report and an excerpt from a recent session in which the client is on a hike and finds a cave in which she experiences healing. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Olivya once again for agreeing to share her very personal experience and for the wonderful session I was able to experience with her 🙏
“For me, QHHT is a transformative, purifying force. It opens the heart and enables deep insights into one’s own issues, e.g. fears or events that have been repressed. The journey makes it possible to look closely and to perceive the essence of what you have experienced. You see things in their entirety and the past is relieved without judgment of others. On the contrary, you feel a connection with others and a strong, liberating self-love. After a session, I feel satisfied and safe. I feel that I have arrived.
What I like about QHHT is that you yourself give answers to your most important questions. It is an empowering and deeply self-effective process. I can recommend QHHT to anyone who wants to embark on an honest search for themselves in order to emerge stronger.” — Olivya
M: What can you see down there?
O: I have landed on a mountain. I can see a stone path and there are mountains around me. It goes down deep. I am in nature. Yes, I feel good.
M: Are you alone there or do you sense others?
O: Alone. I’m on a hike. I’m wearing hiking boots, brown boots with red laces and thick socks. Shorts and a waistcoat, a rucksack. My body feels good, middle-aged and healthy and I’m female.
M: Are you well equipped for the hike?
O: Yes.
M: Then please go on now and tell me what happens.
O: I’m going down the path. I have to walk carefully, there’s a precipice to my right. I have to concentrate. I am fully aware of the moment, I can feel every step. The little stones that roll away beneath me. And I concentrate fully on the path that leads down into the depths.
M: You said the abyss is on the right. What’s on the left?
O: Rocks and trees.
M: Then please continue along the path and tell me when you’ve reached somewhere.
O: I’ve arrived at a cave.
M: Can you describe it to me?
O: The entrance, I have to duck down a bit to look in. There’s a bit of water trickling down at the entrance, like a mini waterfall. And it’s a bit dark inside, I can’t see much.
M: Do you have the feeling that the cave is big or small?
O: I can’t say, I’d have to go in deeper.
M: Would you like to go deeper?
O: Yes.
M: Then let’s go in deeper. And now you can see how big it is and what else is inside. Can you please describe it to me?
O: There’s a small lake inside. I can feel the water now, like on the shore. It doesn’t seem threatening at all, but beautiful. I’ve taken my shoes off now and can feel the water on my feet.
M: How does it feel?
O: Surprisingly warm.
M: Where does the warmth come from?
O: I don’t know, that’s what I’m wondering about now. Maybe it’s a warm spring, but the water is inviting, like a place of peace and contemplation that provides security.
M: And your feet are already in the water?
O: Yes.
M: Would you like to immerse your whole body in the water?
O: I’m a bit scared because it’s quite dark and I can’t see what’s under there. But yes, I would like to.
M: Then you can get your whole body into the water if you like and please describe to me what it feels like to get into the water completely.
O: Good, I’ve taken off my clothes and I’m naked. I can feel the water all over my body. It’s very pleasant, very warm, very calming.
M: Wonderful, then take all this calm, all this relaxation into your body. And I would like us to anchor this relaxation in the whole body.
O: But it’s also terrifying at the same time, because I don’t know whether something will come out of the water. But still, it just feels good.
M: Do I understand correctly, you’re scared because of the darkness, because you can’t see anything, but you feel good in the water?
O: Yes, that’s exactly how it is.
M: If you want, you can make it a bit lighter in the water so that you can see something. Tell me what happens next.
O: I can see now that there are lots of little fish swimming around and there are animals, which I don’t normally find so great to be around, but I allow it, simply because my instinct tells me that everything is fine, that I don’t need to be afraid.
M: And you can always trust your instincts.
O: Yes.
M: So there are a lot of fish? You said there were other animals too?
O: Sea snakes or something.
M: And are they close to you or further away?
O: Yes, they’re not next to me now, but they’re close. They already give me a wide berth.
M: And what happens next?
O: Yes, now I dare to swim a few strokes because the water feels so good on my body even without the clothes. Somehow I feel like getting closer to the animals and being with them, so to speak.
M: You can also invite them telepathically and see how they react.
O: They are quite okay with it, they are quite peaceful and neutral, simply accepting. It’s all quite natural, that’s how it seems to me.
M: What happens next?
O: I dive down now and try to recognise how deep this little lake is.
M: And how deep does the lake feel?
O: Not very deep. I can actually go down and touch the bottom, which is sandy, then swim back up. I feel better and better and more confident.
M: Then let the healing from this water continue to work and take it all in. Take in all the cleansing. And I ask that we can anchor this feeling of security in the whole body of Olivya.
O: Thank you.
M: Now that you’re fully submerged and have come back up, what happens next?
O: I get out of the water and look for a quiet place in the cave. There’s a small rise right by the shore with a small pool where I can sit inside. And there’s a bit of warm water in there too, so I sit in it. I meditate. Absorb this calmness even more, absorb this place even more.
M: Let it flow completely into you, all this peace and security.
O: I can hear the water dripping.
M: Where is the dripping coming from?
O: It’s dripping down from the ceiling. I can feel the warm water running along the stones.
M: Very nice. Take it all in, let it all flow into your body and integrate it. And now, when you’ve finished meditating, please tell me what happens next.
O: I lie down after meditation. I feel so comfortable in this cave that I decide to rest there for a while after meditating. I don’t want to go out into the bright sunlight yet. I look for a spot there, in the soft sand on the shore, in the soft, warm sand.
M: Wonderful. You can continue to connect with your essence at this place, take it all in.
O: The fish are so familiar now. Everything about this place feels so familiar.
M: Do you think you’ve been to this place before?
O: I don’t know, but the feeling I have is that it’s familiar. I don’t think I’ve been here yet. I think I’ve only just discovered this place.
M: Then perceive this place in all its details, all these beautiful emotions that you felt in this beautiful cave. Because now that you have visited it once, you can always find your way back there. And whenever you need healing or rest, you can return to that place.
Now I want us to leave this scene again. Now I want all of Olivya’s consciousness and personality to come back into the body and fully integrate into the body. May I please speak to Olivya’s Higher Self?
O: Yes.
M: I respect the power of the Higher Self and always ask for permission to speak to it and ask questions. Do I have permission to ask questions?
O: Yes.
M: I know that the Higher Self could have brought forth many different scenes and lives today that Olivya could have seen today. But you chose this cave first for her to see. Why was she shown this cave?
O: It’s a place where she can always retreat to be in the now. It’s a place of peace, harmony, serenity, grounding, and inspiration. It’s a place of protection.
M: Wonderful. And what would Olivya need to get to this place when things get difficult in her life and she needs this place of retreat? How can she go there directly?
O: By creating a sense of calm, she can always travel there, or by getting out into nature.
M: Is that why she was shown the hike first?
O: Yes.
M: Do I understand correctly that when Olivya spends time in nature, she can connect with it? And she only has to think about that place to get back into that calm. Is that right?
O: Yes, so either she looks for this place where she goes hiking, or she meditates when she can’t go out into nature.
In the next part of the session, all personal questions that the client has prepared for the session are answered. As this part is very personal, individual statements from the Higher Self are summarised below
O: She should know that she is the way she is. She is perfect exactly the way she is. She doesn’t have to change. She just has to accept herself. She doesn’t have to please anyone else. She has to accept and embrace herself completely.
Now the path is ready to try things out and dive deeper into her practices. She needs to engage more with the immaterial life, her life outside of the physical form. This will give her security.
As you continue on the path, you will also sharpen your intuition, you have now laid the path to get there with all these things that you are working on. The immaterial will also lead you to your intuition. Self-love will lead you to your intuition, because it will let everything unnecessary fall away and intuition will be more noticeable as a result.
M: Is there a final, concluding message that we can give her on her journey today?
O: Yes, she should know that she is loved and that all is well.
M: She is loved and all is well. Thank you very, very much.
My hope is that this information will support the raising of the love frequency on Earth during this time of great change for humanity 💫
Much love 💙🙏💫
