What is QHHT
Working in this deeply relaxed, trance-like state, similar to a very relaxed meditative state, allows access to the omniscient part of ourselves that holds all our answers. Some people call it the Higher Self, the Oversoul, the Superconscious, or “the Subconscious” as Dolores Cannon, the creator of QHHT, termed it. However you may wish to call it, it is the greater part of ourselves that is always connected to Source and that guides us, has unlimited knowledge, wisdom and an ability to heal the physical body.
How QHHT can support you on your journey
Self-discovery and life purpose – QHHT can help individuals explore questions about their life purpose, personal goals, or identity by connecting with the Higher Self, which offers guidance or perspectives on one’s path in life. This can be especially helpful for those seeking clarity on major life decisions, career directions, or understanding their unique talents and passions.
Healing emotional or physical challenges – QHHT can uncover root causes of physical or emotional issues, which may stem from past experiences, beliefs, or even past lives. By accessing these underlying causes, individuals may experience emotional release, physical relief, and healing.
Releasing fears and limiting beliefs – QHHT sessions can uncover hidden fears, anxieties, or limiting beliefs that hold a person back from growth or happiness. By recognizing and understanding these barriers, individuals can work to release them, fostering greater self-confidence, freedom, and peace of mind.
Healing past life traumas – The exploration of past lives can provide insights into unresolved traumas or patterns that may still influence a person in this life. Some clients find that understanding these past life connections can bring closure to emotional wounds or explain current life challenges, leading to emotional and mental healing.
Deepening spiritual awareness – Many individuals turn to QHHT for spiritual growth, as it allows them to connect with their Higher Self and gain insights that may feel spiritually transformative. The process can offer a sense of connection to a larger purpose, the universe, or one’s soul journey, which can enhance overall spiritual awareness.
Gaining insight into relationships – Some people use QHHT to explore relationship dynamics, including family, romantic, and friendship connections, especially if they sense karmic or past-life ties. Through subconscious insights, individuals may understand challenging relationships or patterns and learn how to heal or improve these connections.
Increasing peace and inner calm – By bringing subconscious patterns, past memories, or insights to light, BQH can provide a profound sense of inner calm, acceptance, and peace. Many individuals feel more at ease and aligned with themselves after a session, having resolved questions or conflicts that were affecting their well-being.

What to expect from your QHHT session
Initial conversation – We will start the session by talking about your personal history, areas where you seek healing, and specific questions you want to ask your Higher Self. These questions might cover physical health, emotional well-being, life purpose, or personal challenges. This conversation allows me to get to know you and to tailor the session to your unique needs.
Exploring and moving through experiences – I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state using visualization to help you reach a theta brainwave state, where the conscious mind is quieted, allowing access to the subconscious. You will find yourself in another realm, in another reality, other than your normal, everyday consciousness, physical reality, and focus and now we can start exploring. In this state, you will experience memories from past, present, future and/or parallel lifetimes, which provide context for your current experiences and challenges, while I ask questions to help you gain details and understand the events. Some people experience vivid imagery, memories and emotions from past life experiences, while others may not “see” images but have a sense of knowing or feeling.
Connecting with your Higher Self – After the exploration, we will connect you with your Higher Self to receive answers, guidance, and healing. People often describe receiving profound messages and experiencing healing during this stage.
Return to consciousness and processing – You will be gently guided back to full consciousness, ensuring you feel grounded and present. We will then discuss your experience, where you can share any insights and reflect on the answers you received from your Higher Self, allowing time for you to process your QHHT experience.
Post-session integration – QHHT can bring up profound insights, so it’s natural to need time to integrate what you learned. Some insights or changes may happen instantly and some may unfold gradually in the days and weeks after the session. This is a multi-dimensional experience and once having it you will also have a clearer understanding of how to maintain this connection to your Higher Self in your quiet time, meditation, or theta state.
Things to keep in mind
You cannot fail a QHHT session or do this incorrectly, but you can shut it down, because you are in control. Higher realm information can be very subtle, so it’s important to allow these subtle nudges and these subtle knowings to come to the forefront. When you do this, you expand your trust and the information can flow even more freely.
During a QHHT session, you are always in control and cannot be forced to say or do anything against your will. The hypnotic state used in QHHT is a deep relaxation and you can choose what you wish to share and can end the session at any time. In most conventional hypnosis approaches, the basic idea is that the practitioner helps to instill new suggestive concepts. Most traditional hypnosis focuses on generally accepted clinical and therapeutic approaches to alter behavior or self-talk. Often there is a somewhat scientific focus on human cognitive function. QHHT does not follow the clinical hypnosis model. It is focused upon the metaphysical, spiritual, energetic and esoteric components of consciousness exploration, not the scientific or clinical aspects. This is why QHHT is not hypnosis in the traditional sense or rather that all hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis and I help to guide you to that deeply relaxed and focused state upon mutual agreement and goals of the session.
It’s natural not to remember everything that happens during a session in such deep states. Therefore sessions are always recorded so you can revisit any insights and messages later. Many people benefit from reflecting on the recording of their session, allowing them to review their experience and insights at a later time, which can be valuable as the subconscious may reveal additional layers over time.
Although QHHT involves accessing the Higher Self, it is not affiliated with any religious or spiritual doctrine. QHHT can be used by individuals of any belief system, as it focuses more on personal experiences and insights rather than a specific worldview.
QHHT sessions aim to provide insights or healing based on the subconscious mind’s wisdom, but they are not meant to predict the future or tell fortunes. While some people may gain clarity on future goals, QHHT is more about self-exploration and healing in the present rather than predicting specific future events.
QHHT is a powerful self-discovery and healing tool for exploring the subconscious mind designed to support emotional healing, personal growth and self-awareness. Although not a replacement for medical or psychological treatments, it can be complementary to enhance one’s understanding of themselves and their journey.
What is the difference between QHHT and BQH
Both QHHT and BQH are methods that are about accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness to support insight, healing, and expanded self-awareness where clients are guided into a very deep, relaxed state where the analytical mind softens and symbolic, intuitive, and transpersonal material can emerge. Both methods connect or work with what is often called the Higher Self, Subconscious, Oversoul, or Inner Knowing and both explore physical symptoms, emotional patterns, fears, or blocks trough meaning, insight and energetic shifts rather than force or fixing.
However, one big difference between BQH and QHHT is that QHHT sessions only take place in person while BQH sessions can be done in person as well as online. BQH was created by Candace Craw-Goldman with the blessing of Dolores Cannon, who had developed QHHT. BQH is inspired by QHHT but intentionally expanded. QHHT is more structured and standardized and follows a strict protocol whereas BQH is more open, flexible, and decentralized. QHHT is more of a defined lineage whereas BQH can be viewed as an open field.
People who like clear structure, lineage, and consistency often feel safe with QHHT. People who want flexibility, nuance, embodiment, and integration often resonate more with BQH. You can think of QHHT and BQH as coming from the same river, but flowing in slightly different directions.
How to prepare for your QHHT session
Once you have made the decision to have a QHHT session, your Higher Consciousness is already preparing and getting ready to have a wonderful conversation with you. Your conscious self needs to be reminded that it will be taking a back seat in this experience. Start repeating to yourself several times a day that you connect to your Higher Self easily.
A key aspect for having a transformative QHHT session are the questions that will be asked, so please prepare a list of questions for your Higher Self. It is not necessary to send the questions ahead of time, you can simply bring them with you handwritten or printed on a sheet of paper on the day of your session. There are absolutely no limits to the questions that you can ask or topics that you may want to explore, such as health issues, relationship dynamics, life purpose, or unresolved emotional matters. Eat a light and nutritious meal before your session. The sessions last approximately 4-5 hours, sometimes longer. You may bring a snack to eat when we take a short break at the end of the interview process.
An audio recording will be included during the session. Although you may remember your entire session, just like a dream, it can fade away. Having a digital recording of your experience will help you process your experience after the session. The more you listen to your recording, the more rooted the changes within you will become.
Your session is completely private and confidential. Your spouse, partner, family member or friend cannot attend your session with you. You may share your recording, thoughts or memories of your session with friends or family at your discretion after the session.
I have personally witnessed amazing healing of the mind, body and spirit in many clients when the Higher Self made known the root causes of their struggles. This has allowed clients to move forward in their lives in a happier, healthier and more peaceful existence. Please understand that it is not me who is doing the healing but that I am a guide which allows you to heal yourself in this experience.
The practical details
An initial QHHT session costs 510 EUR and lasts approximately 4–5 hours, sometimes longer. About a week before your session, I’d like to invite you to a preliminary consultation, where we can prepare your conscious mind for the session together and answer any questions you may have. A follow-up session costs 440 EUR. I want this work to be accessible to those who feel truly called to it. If these offerings are currently outside your financial capacity, please feel free to reach out to me.
Sessions can be conducted in English, French, and/or German.
Please note that QHHT sessions can only be done in person. I currently offer this service in Geneva, Switzerland and Vienna, Austria. I am conducting sessions out of my home on the Salève, but can consider your home or alternate locations, as long as we will not be disturbed.
If you are unable to attend a session, I kindly ask you to inform me as early as possible, so that the space can be offered to someone else. This work is held with care and intention, and I deeply value mutual respect for our time and energy.
